Pick a word. Any word. Some of us have words rolling around in our heads even before our feet hit the floor. Words like “Oh no. Work to do.”, “Ugh..I am exhausted.” “I hate my job.” Ever notice how quickly those words grow legs. Give those legs enough time under tension, and you got yourself some legs of steel; bulging quadriceps and striated hamstrings. Like Apollo Ono kind of legs.
It’s not natural for us to think well. It’s just not. Fish out of water = me. Thinking well requires extensive, ongoing, never quitting training. When we THINK well, we have a chance to let those thoughts catch some steam and become actions. Actions built upon well thoughts won’t always come up roses, but at least you can put your head down at the end of the day knowing you gave it your best shot!
And tomorrow…you will get up, show up, and do the same..TRAIN!
The 21 Day Transformation Challenge has come to an “end”. I put that word in quotes because realistically, it doesn’t. The Facebook page will carry on. It’s been a glorious time watching people execute this kind of radical diet plan. Consuming the Word of God three times a day is THE BEST weight loss program and diet plan yet to be known to man kind! NO empty calories. It blows Jenny Craig, Medi-Fast, and The Zone diet out of the water. Bye bye Weight Watchers, we have a God who watches over us and knows our needs even before we ask. God is calling us to be the messengers of the real hope and freedom. Freedom from the fear and shame of what the world calls being fat.
We lit up the Facebook page with REAL, truthful and hopeful words. I am certain that the Lord is pleased with this kind of use of social media. Hey..wait a minute…spreading the Good News..isn’t that something Christ asked us to do? And hey..social media..in one post can spider out and reach hundreds, to thousands of people with one of your posts. Yes..let’s do that with social media. Not in a Ned Flanders, Christian bubble, kind of way, but in a real, unoffendable and humble way. Otherwise who’s going to tell them that God is in a good mood? That’s our charge and it’s to be done with joy or not done at all. God loves a cheerful give, not someone who feels reluctant or under compulsion (under law or duty..ick). (2 Corinthians 9:7) You can change lives right now by cheerfully “liking” or “pining’ or “tweeting” this post and commenting below. Dare you be such radical? If you want to hang with me, I sure hope so!
So the Facebook page will carry on! You are welcomed to come join in on the healthy, well and holy banter going on over there. One new thing is going to happen in that page..confession! Confession(s) regarding what God is telling us based on what his Word says to us. We do hear from God, you and I hear from God, and it should evoke a response in us to lose the “weight”. Out with the old and in with the new.
Watch the video above as we recap what we have learned over the past 3 weeks. I promise you will be blessed. If you missed any part of this challenge, our Spreecast Channel can take you back to the beginning.
If you are serious about freedom from the vicious cycle of weight loss, I invite you to participate in our Weigh Less to Feed More at Home Program. It’s revolutionary and it’s changing lives! People are getting and staying free and then getting on with the mission/purpose of their lives.
God Word changes everything! Let’s bring back God’s word. Let’s be His and be whole.
Oceans of peace friends,
